Zip code 89104 and 89030 showed the biggest leap of 14% and 12% respectively.  These areas had been lagging behind the increase in the rest of Las Vegas and Henderson experienced in 2014 and 2015.

I would like to go out on a limb and say that we will spring back from this.   I predict that we will have even more people moving to Las Vegas for the sunshine, warm weather, low cost housing and healthy life...
